Needle Felted Pickle Ornament

We're so excited to collaborate with local artist, Eling Chang aka migration goods. Learn the awesome stabby craft of needle felting or build on your existing needle felting skills! This is the class that started Eling's series of needle felted wool classes at the shop -- the classic pickle -- traditional shape for an ornament but equally cute as a decorative friend year round or as a companion to your charcuterie board displays! Suitable for beginners and above, learn to make this traditional holiday ornament shape and then embellish with extra texture, details or even a face! New this year: learn how to blend fibers to make more subtle color variations in your design! NOTE: This workshop is offered in November so you have plenty of time to make plenty of pickle ornaments for friends and family!

Limited to 6 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• We provide:  Everything to make one pickle ornament – roving, felting mats, needles, beads, and guest artist, Eling Chang.
• You bring:  yourself - if you would like to invest in a felting mat, additional roving, or multi-needle tool, see a craft associate and receive 15% off your needle felting supplies.
  
• Class length: 2 1/2 hours

Please note: There are NO store credits given at any time for classes with special guest instructors and artists. Your seat may be transferred to a friend if you cannot attend.
