Class Signup Tips
With the launch of the new website several things have changed about class sign up and we have come up with the following in order to help you.
- Create an account. It will speed up checkout in the future.
- Checkout for each class individually. (Especially on launch day!) This will help prevent over bookings.
- Use one of our suggested Browsers. (We really mean it. The calendar will work better.)
Those of you who have been taking classes with us for a while might notice that classes now load to the shopping cart. This solves the bug that intermittently stopped a class from loading on the checkout page.
Last Minute Cancellations:
To use your credit simply select Class Credit as the payment method when you next register for a class. We'll contact you to pay the difference should the new class cost more than your credit and if the new class is less, we'll keep the remainder of your credit on file for a future class.
For classes with a maximum of 5 students, 2 are required for the class to run.
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
Minimum enrollment does not apply to our Kids are Alright series of classes.
Intermediate and advanced classes often require that you bring your own materials. If the class you registered for requires materials, please check online (gatherhereonline.com) for a complete materials list.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice. Of course, if you can’t make a class at the last minute you can always send someone in your place. Just let us know whom to expect!
