The Important Stuff
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, to anywhere in the United States.
Please note that sewing machines & classes do NOT count towards free shipping.
Local Delivery to Camberville:
We now offer delivery to Cambridge and Somerville. Delivery is $5.95 and orders over $75 will be delivered for free.
Deliveries are made on Thursdays.
Order pick up:
When you arrive, you can just come into the shop to pick up your order. Please have your order # ready when you arrive (& remember to share it with anyone that you send to pick up for you).
Processing times for ALL orders is 24 to 48 hours.
In the event there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email or phone.
Update March 2026: We are suspending international shipping.
The Details
Our shipping rates are flat rates, based on the location we are shipping to, and the level of service you choose.
Domestic shipping (the ONLY shipping that we do):
We ship using USPS when we can. Standard shipping times for USPS First Class & Priority packages are between 1 to 5 days.
Orders are shipped from our shop in Cambridge, MA please take that into account when estimating time in transit.
We will NOT ship to a 3rd party forwarding services (also known as a re-shipper). We've had too many issues and received too many customer complaints about damaged & missing packages. We will cancel your order and give you a full refund. Note that multiple orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, CUSTOMS AND BROKERAGE FEES MAY APPLY.
THESE FEES VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY AND GATHERHEREONLINE.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. WE CANNOT MARK PACKAGES AS "GIFT" AS THIS ILLEGAL.

STANDARD SHIPPING
In the USA, delivery should take 3 - 7 business days.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
In the USA shipment will be second day air (this is two business days).
Shipping Rates (or what you'll pay)
Our shipping rates are FLAT RATE, and will not change depending on weight or size (although some oversized products will have an additional shipping fee).
Standard shipping is $8.80
Expedited shipping is $29.95
SEWING MACHINE RATES
Bernette sewing machines will ship for a flat rate of $35 to anywhere in the United States.
Note that sewing machines do not count towards free shipping.
OVERSIZED PRODUCT RATES
Large or bulky items will ship for an additional $20 to anywhere in the United States.
Note that these items do count towards free shipping. It's just that there is an additional charge associated with them. Remember, classes do NOT count towards free shipping.
