Frequent maker rewards FAQ
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
Just log in to your account and make a purchase. You'll earn digital Stamps on your digital Frequent Maker Card.
If you're in the store, we'll add 'you' to the invoice so you always earn stamps.
Remember to use the same email address every time you checkout so that all of your points go to the same account.
HOW DO I GET STAMPS?
You'll get Stamps by shopping. Just like in the store, every time you spend $25 you'll get 1 Stamp. Once you have 10 Stamps you can turn your 'full card' into $25 OFF!
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT?
If your purchase qualifies then you'll get Stamps even if you aren't logged in. Just make sure to use the same email address every time you check out.
But, without an account you won't be able to see your Stamps or redeem rewards online. You can ask us about your Stamps when you visit and you'll still be able to redeem rewards in the store.
I'VE FILLED UP MY STAMP CARD (I'VE GOT 10 STAMPS), NOW WHAT?
It's easy to turn a full Frequent Maker Card into $25 OFF! Once you have 10 Stamps just click on the “Maker Rewards” popup and you'll be able to turn your full cards into discounts.
Remember to enter your discount code when checking.
Here's how
1- Click on the “Maker Rewards” popup
2- Scroll up and select 'Redeem Frequent Maker Rewards!'
3- Select an available reward and click 'Redeem'
4- Click or tap on code to copy (or choose to Apply code Automatically at Checkout)
5- If needed, paste the code into the 'Gift Card & Discount code' field (during checkout & after the cart page)
DOES EVERYTHING COUNT TOWARDS STAMPS?
Unfortunately no. Just like in the store, there are some products that won't count towards your next Stamp(s). Sewing machines, Classes, Studio Time and Gift Cards don't earn Stamps (purchases paid for with a gift card do).
WHAT ABOUT MY PAPER FREQUENT MAKER CARDS?
If you still have one hiding in a drawer just bring it in to the shop. We can add all of your 'old' Stamps to your account whenever you visit the shop.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY DISCOUNT ALL AT ONCE?
Yes, you can't use just part of your discount and save the rest for later.
You'll have to buy at least the value of the reward to be able to apply the discount code to your cart. This is because we don't want you to lose part of your reward (the unused portion of your discount).
