The Wave Float Top seemed like the perfect project for learning to gather without spending all 3 sessions gathering yardage. If you don't know what "gathering" is then you probably want to take this workshop. With a peplum and sleeve cuffs you'll take those Shirt No. 1 skills to the next level. This shirt is designed to be flowy - light weight fabric will provide better drape while medium weight fabric will provide stiffer gathers.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Very-Confident Beginner/Intermediate. You know how to thread a machine and sew a straight line. This is not your first garment. You've taken pajama pants or Pants No. 1 and probably Shirt No. 1, too.
- We provide: Tools, tracing paper, machines, basic thread, expertise, and encouragement!
- You bring: Yourself, a copy of the pattern, printed or a tablet to view instructions, and fabric yardage appropriate for the size you will be making. If you think your fabric color is unique and are worried about seeing your top stitching, please bring thread to match. Don't forget we offer 15% off all supplies for our workshops.
- Class length: Meets thrice. 2 1/2 hours for each session.

Unused yarn, pre-cut fat-quarter bundles and un-opened notions, in their original condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase and a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Cut to order fabrics, all books and patterns, gift cards, classes as well as downloadable products. These can be replaced if damaged in shipping.
