Longarm Studio Time - Sew by the Hour
Now you can reserve a block of time
& pre-pay for just 2 hours!
Once you have successfully completed Longarm Basics you are able to rent studio time on one of our Q Series longarms*.
The Bernina Q 24 (on the PRO frame) is available for independent quilting at a rate of $20/hour. The Q 20 is our slightly smaller sit down longarm and is available to rent at a rate of $10/hour. The Q 16 ( on the Studio frame) is our smallest machine with a maximum project size of 44inches wide.
All of the machines have a two-hour minimum that is prepaid at the time of booking. Rental includes thread, but does not include batting or backing and both are available for purchase. Quilting times will vary based on design and experience.
Not sure how long your project will take? Don't worry, your machine is reserved for at least 4 hours.
*Successful completion of the Longarm Q-Matic Automation Class is required to use Q-Matic automation during your Q 24 studio rental.
Prepare your quilt for successful longarm quilting by following these steps.
Note that masks are required on Mondays. You may be asked to mask on another day.
*Some Sewing Classes may be scheduled for our downstairs studio. Please contact us if you would prefer not to navigate stairs and we will switch studios.
