Paperpieced Snowflake - 2 sessions

Get your home decor cozy for winter with this stunning foundation paperpieced patchwork snowflake by Joe, June, and Mae. This class is an ideal skill-builder if you’re expanding your FPP experience. We'll use those skills to create this 12” block which you may want to make into a cushion cover or bind it for your table. Great in solids, gradients, scrappy whites and blues.

Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older);2 students required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund. 

  • Level:  you are an adventurous beginner with the know-how to operate a sewing machine. You've completed Quilting Basics.
  • We provide: 18 square of cotton batting, 18" square of muslin, and expertise! Tools, thread, machines.
  • You bring:  yourself, a copy of the pattern, 1⁄2 yard background, 1/2 yard of snowflake fabric, if you want to bind the 12" square you'll need a 1/4 yard for the binding. For a pillow you'll need an additional 1/2 yard for the envelope back. Don't forget that we offer 15% off all class supplies. 
  • Class length:  3 hours

*Some Sewing Classes may be scheduled for our downstairs studio. Please contact us if you would prefer not to navigate stairs and we will switch studios.

Last minute cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Of course, if you can’t make a class at the last minute you can always send someone in your place. 

Class Credits
Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable. However, if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we will credit your gather here account.

Please email us at with any class cancellation requests. A reply email will have your credit info attached.

Class Materials
All materials are included in our 'Basics' classes.
Intermediate and advanced classes often require that you bring your own materials; please check the class description for a complete materials list.
