Sized for 8” hoops; the typical outer diameter of a 8" hoop’s outer ring is 8 3/8”. Outer dimensions of frame: 10.4”. Inner hole of frame: 7.8”. Each frame ships with (attached) instruction cards and cardboard tabs for installation of hoops.
