Beautiful AND ADHD resistant!

See the photo: Future sock—#2/2.75mm. Stockinette: 11 stitches per inch and 14 rows. My tension is about average.

Well, *I* don’t need to darn my son’s socks! (I can’t figure it out; but that has nothing to do with this.) Instead, I decided to make him another pair. (His bedsocks were also a fail. Not a good idea for leftover acrylic. It doesn’t squish like wool so the little lumps actually hurt.)

Guilt guilt. But this yarn is gorgeous and terrific to work with. Socks tend to get stuck in my purse (5 needles mean you can fold them.) No splitting and cooperative with untangling.) I particularly like the colorways: longer than usual and with sharp demarcation between colors without the usual gradient.

Unsurprisingly, in the pic it is having a chat with some purple worsted. Ignore that. 😉

Acid test: Of COURSE I lost the other ball which usually means it’s UFO time. But I love it so much I went back for another skein. Yes, they are quite spendy socks, but I do fiber art and look forward to finding the lost ball. You know how that goes.
