Hand Quilting Techniques
Love the look of hand quilting but don’t know where to start? In this workshop we’ll practice techniques methods involved in this slow stitching to give your projects a cozy handmade feel. We’ll practice with basic needle and thread, but also can explore other materials like yarn ties and big stitch quilting with thick threads.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Confident beginner.
- We provide: batting, muslin, basic thread and handsewing needle, studio space, tools, and expertise.
- You bring: Optional supplies include yarn, embroidery floss, perle cotton, or sashiko thread. Don't forget that we offer 15% off all supplies for any of our workshops.
- Class Length: 2.5 hours

- Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.
