Hallow'd Hues: Dyes to Die For
In this introductory workshop designed for the spookiest time of the year, you will work with bundle as well as immersion dyeing to create the colors of fall. In this 3 hour workshop you will learn the basics of bundle dyeing with marigolds and rusty metal - how to prepare your fabric for best results. You'll also practice immersion dyeing techniques, again with marigolds plus madder, logwood, and avocado pits.
Limited to 8 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Beginner!
- We provide: EVERYTHING! studio space, tools, ingredients, fabric to test dye colors and techniques, silk kerchiefs for bundle dyeing, and expertise.
- You bring: YOURSELF! Please wear clothes you aren't afraid will get wet or dyed. Aprons are awesome! If you have small pieces of fabric or all natural garments (linen, cotton, wool) you would like to add to the immersion bath please bring these too.

Unused yarn, pre-cut fat-quarter bundles and un-opened notions, in their original condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

Cut to order fabrics, all books and patterns, gift cards, classes as well as downloadable products. These can be replaced if damaged in shipping.
