GBYC Grist Shawl KAL
gather here Classes
We're so excited to be a part of the 2022 Greater Boston Yarn Crawl and wanted to encourage people to cast on and knit the 2022 shawl pattern so we're hosting a Knit-A-Long with Greeley! Using Manos del Uruguay Maxima, Lynnette knit our own version of the pattern to show folks that this shawl works up nicely in single-ply.
This knit-a-long is free. If you would like to donate to the gather here fund (this fund helps us offer free workshops and remote gatherings) you can donate via paypal or venmo.
Limited to 6 students (16 yrs of age or older)
- Level: Advanced Beginner - Intermediate (you know how to knit, purl, cast on and cast off.)
- We provide: moral support and great company
- You bring: This KAL is free if you purchase your yarn in store. A copy of the pattern (available online AND Free until September 29, 2022), worsted weight yarn is perfect, needles to achieve gauge; don't forget we offer 15% off all materials for any of our classes.
- Class length: 2 1/2 hours
Online participants will:
- Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.
- Receive a Zoom invitation link the morning of the workshop.
