    • XS - L = 7 x 12 mm buttons
    • XL - 3XL = 8 x 12 mm buttons
  • Sleeve cuffs  
    • Opt. 1 - plain cuff = 4 x 12 mm buttons
    • Opt. 2 - double folded cuff for cufflinks. No buttons.
    • Opt. 3 - folded cuff = 4 x 12 mm buttons
