Beanstalk Watercolour Check Cotton

A beautiful array of greens and blues with pops of orange and pink. Note that one selvedge has an orange border - you can use the border on the bottom of skirts or dresses for example. 

This Indian cotton is delicate and lightweight, so perfect for Summer sewing. They can be used for scarves, tops or dresses with some fullness. You can also use them for patchwork or home projects like semi sheer curtains.

• Indian handlooms are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave due to their handmade nature, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
• This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt. This will fix the dye to prevent it from running.
