Inspired by the majestic landscape of the Saddle Peak House, this collection features a soft, feminine color palette and Woolfolk’s signature style of modern simplicity. There are gorgeous explorations of brioche in Får and Tynd and Woolfolk's take on modern lace which is architectural and feminine.
Får's chainette construction gives structure, definition and warmth to this luxuriously soft fiber made from Woolfolk's Ovis 21 Ultimate Merino. A classic worsted weight, Far is just right for gorgeous sweaters, blankets and cool weather accessories! FW17 collection features sweaters and accessories that will keep you warm at sunset on the coast.
Tynd is a classic fingering weight and its tight twist creates a lightweight, elegant fabric, just right for three-season sweaters, wraps, and hats. All of the wraps in the FW17 collection are created using this Ultimate Merino fingering and are sure to drape beautifully.
What we love about this trunk show:
simple shapes are made interesting using brioche, lace, and cables, a great range of sizes which we've adorned our various sized dress forms with so you can see how the fabric drapes and fits, the soft and luxurious hand of Woolfolk's Ovis 21 Ultimate Merino is so special. The pieces all go well together so if you were incredibly ambitious you could put together a handknit wardrobe that was modern and fabulous.
