Thimbleberry Mitts - 2 sessions

The Thimbleberry Mitts knit up so quickly and with just a bit of a challenge to maintain the alternating 1x1 stranded colorwork pattern. They will keep an intermediate knitter entertained with just the right amount of intricacy in exchange for the lovely effect. Designed in two of our favorite yarns: Woolfolk Fleck Bulky and Manos Franca. But you can use any soft, bulky yarn on hand that gives you the correct gauge.

Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level:  Experienced Beginner/Intermediate. You can cast on, knit, purl and bind off! You've conquered the basics of knitting and successfully completed a hat in a circular knitting class. You aren't afraid of double pointed needles or the magic loop technique.
• We provide: the expertise and printouts should you need them.
• You bring:  Yourself, a copy of the pattern, enough yarn for a pair of mitts - yardage is based on weight of yarn and hand size (if you are worried about how much you will need please ask one of our craft associates for assistance), needles appropriate for your yarn, and a stitch marker. We offer 15% off supplies purchased for any of our classes.
• Class length:  2 1/2 hours each session
