Rigid Heddle Loom Rug - 3 sessions

Rigid Heddle Loom Rug - 3 sessions

At their most basic, a rag rug is woven in plain weave, making them easy to try on your rigid heddle loom. This hands-on course is perfect for beginners and teaches all the foundational steps to weaving on a rigid heddle loom. You will warp your loom in session 1, we'll discuss preparing your fabric scraps and then use fabric scraps to weave your rug. You will also learn how to finish the rug once completed.

Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

    • Level:  You've taken rigid heddle basics and have warped a loom in the past.
