Leaves Hat - 2 sessions
Leaves Hat - 2 sessions
For colorwork fans or folks ready to explore colorwork, the Leaves Hat by Tin Can Knits, is a delight. This hat was inspired by the cooling temperatures and beautiful colors of Fall. Knit from the cast-on at the brim to the decreases at the crown. We recommend casting on and working the ribbing prior to our first meeting so we can jump into the colorwork in session one and then work decreases in session two.

- Level: adventurous beginner/intermediate - you've knit a scarf and a basic hat. You know your knits from your purls and can knit in the round.
- We provide: space and expertise. We'll also have pompom makers on hand for session two should you be ready to finish this hat off with a pompom!
- You bring: Yourself, a copy of the pattern, worsted weight yarn (designed in BT Shelter but we also think this would look great in Germantown or Woolstok) 16” circular needles in US5 and 7 and stitch markers, you will also need DPN in US7 or alternatively you can use the magic loop method.
- 2 1/2 hours each session for a total of 5 hours. You should knit between sessions!
Sessions run on Mondays, January 8 and 15 at 6:30 PM.
- Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.
- Receive a Zoom invitation link the morning of the workshop.
