Begin your brioche journey with the approachable and quick-knitting First Brioche Hat. Brooklyn Tweed's founder, Jared Flood, designed this hat as a friendly introduction to Brioche Stitch. Using two colors but only one per round makes the structure of Brioche Stitch easier to understand for those new to this stitch. And BT by Brooklyn Tweed patterns are in-depth, well-written introductions to a variety of knitting skills that will only help you build your confidence.
The pattern is designed for chunky weight yarn - hopefully you'll find this knits up quickly.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level: Intermediate. You can cast on, knit, purl and bind off. You know how to knit in the round.

- You bring: Yourself, a copy of the pattern (FREE with your purchase of 2 skeins of yarn!), your needles (size US10 16" circular needles), stitch markers, and approximately 145 yards of chunky weight yarn - designed in Quarry but would also knit up well in Arbor Lodge.

- Class length: 2 1/2 hours
- Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.

Unused yarn, pre-cut fat-quarter bundles and un-opened notions, in their original condition, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase and a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Cut to order fabrics, all books and patterns, gift cards, classes as well as downloadable products. These can be replaced if damaged in shipping.
All "sale" items are also final sale.
