Striking three color shawl using Tweedy, Hedgehog Fibres environmentally friendly, recycled tweed yarn. Tweedy is non-superwash with a woolier feel. It blooms beautifully after washing and only gets better with age for a truly heirloom piece. The instructions may seem wordy, but the shawl is not too difficult to knit once you get started making it great for roadtrips, film festivals, and hanging out with pals.
Limited to 5 students (16 yrs of age or older)
- Level: Advanced Beginner - Intermediate (you know how to knit, purl, cast on and cast off.)
- We provide: moral support, increase/decrease tips, and great company
- You bring: This KAL is free if you purchase your yarn in-store. 3 skeins of DK weight yarn in 3 colors (designed in Tweedy - approximately 252 yards per skein), removable stitch markers. Download a copy of the free pattern directly from Hedgehog Fibres. US 7/4.5 mm or size needed to obtain gauge, 32 or 40 in 80 or 100 cm circular needles, and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends. Don't forget we offer 15% off all materials purchased for any of our workshops.

Sessions run on Monday, August 21 and 28 at 6 PM.
Online participants will:
- Need to pickup supplies prior to the class session.
- Receive a Zoom invitation link the morning of the workshop.
