Weaving on a Potholder Loom

A potholder loom is a basic loom with pins on all 4 sides, used for weaving pieces that are potholder size. The traditional loom measures 7 inches. We found this craft to be an excellent way to spend a few hours without distractions, creating interesting patterns and playing with colors. A wonderful craft for those seeking to reconnect and reflect. You'll have the opportunity to practice basic patterns as well as explore other weaving patterns.

Limited to 6 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

        Last minute cancellations
        Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Of course, if you can’t make a class at the last minute you can always send someone in your place. 

        Class Credits
        Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable. However, if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we will credit your gather here account.

        Please email us at with any class cancellation requests. A reply email will have your credit info attached.

        Class Materials
        All materials are included in our 'Basics' classes.
        Intermediate and advanced classes often require that you bring your own materials; please check the class description for a complete materials list.
