When you have 22 employees someone has to be in charge! Meet Charlotte, our recently promoted, assistant manager. Charlotte joined gather here in 2016 and has become someone we all rely on for knitting inspiration and leadership. Since joining the team she has pushed her sewing game to new limits and she's always got something awesome on her needles.
When did you start making things?
I started making things since before I can remember. I started sewing at age 5 or 6 and knitting at age 7.
What's your favorite thing to make?
I’d say sweaters whether they’re knit or sewn. My all-time wardrobe goal is to be comfy but cute.
What do you like the most about being a part of the gather here community?
I love the friendships I have made. Everyone, whether you work here or shop here, is genuinely interested in finding companionship in one another through craft.
What's your favorite tool?
For both sewing and knitting: My Coco Knits magnet slap-bracelets (I own 3😂).
