A great straight-fit joggers pattern for kids, teens, and men. A modern cut that is not too baggy, not too tight. With all the sizes included in the pattern, you can use it over and over as the child grows or simply to make many people happy!
- View A (sweatpants) is finished with rib knit ankle cuffs.
- Wide waistband with elastic and drawstring
- Inseam pocket and one patch pocket at the back for a more finished look.
- A piece for a jersey drawstring is included in the pattern.
These pants drafted for knits like French terry are so comfortable that you will want to wear them all day and lounge in them on weekends.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
Recommended Fabrics: 60" fabric width; medium-weight knit with at least 10% stretch across the grain (sweatshirt fleece, french terry). Rib knit for the waistband and cuff. Jersey knit for the pockets.
You will also need: 2 yds of 2" elastic, 1/2 yd of rib knit, optional 2 yds of drawstring (if you do not make your own in jersey)
