Return Policy + Shipping Info

SEWING MACHINE SHIPPING RATES:
Bernette sewing machines will ship for a flat rate of $35 to anywhere in the United States.

Note that sewing machines do not count towards free shipping & we do not ship sewing machines internationally.

RETURNS: It doesn't happen often but in case you need to return a sewing machine you should know that you can. The return period is 14 days for cash back and 30 days for store credit. The machine must include all the accessories and be in its original packaging.

USED MACHINED will have a 15% restocking fee applied to them. This does not apply to exchanges where there was an issue with the original machine.
