Stylised flower heads bloom in unison within this archival Liberty print from 1972. Redrawn in bright fresh palettes, its distinct outlines feature a subtle ikat effect – adding a touch of softness to the graphic anemone petals. This print is part of the Red story of our Spring/Summer 2024 collection with designs drawing from the colour’s millennia-spanning history as feature of prehistoric paintings, and one of humanity’s first symbols of love, life and vitality.

For Spring/Summer 2024, The Liberty Kaleidoscope takes us on the most vivid journey of all – through the rainbow, into a prismatic universe of color. For this collection the Liberty Fabrics designers engaged with print’s most elemental pigments, assembled here into four compelling stories: ‘Spectrum’, ‘Red’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’.
