We SQUEALED when Eling brought in this sheep. We're so excited to collaborate with local artist, Eling Chang aka migration goods. Learn the awesome stabby craft of needle felting or build on your existing needle felting skills! Eling has designed a fluffy sheep that is as round as it is tall. Your sheep will be crafted with 100% wool roving and may or may not stand on its own legs.

Limited to 6 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate - adding legs (any appendages) can be tricky.
  • We provide: Everything to make one sheep – roving, felting mats, needles, and guest artist, Eling Chang.
  • You bring: yourself - if you would like to invest in a felting mat, additional roving, or multi-needle tool, see a craft associate and receive 15% off your needle felting supplies.
  • Class length: 2 1/2 hours

Please note: There are NO store credits given at any time for classes with special guest instructors and artists. Your seat may be transferred to a friend if you cannot attend.

Last minute cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. Of course, if you can’t make a class at the last minute you can always send someone in your place. 

Class Credits
Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable. However, if you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we will credit your gather here account.

Please email us at with any class cancellation requests. A reply email will have your credit info attached.

Class Materials
All materials are included in our 'Basics' classes.
Intermediate and advanced classes often require that you bring your own materials; please check the class description for a complete materials list.
