This is our 4th year participating in the Greater Boston Yarn Crawl and we just know this one will be the best crawl yet. Wondering if dropping by gather here will be worth it? The answer is obviously, YES. But just in case you were thinking, "But I'm a regular..."
We are super duper excited about our All Barbie ALL the Time release of My Job Is...Yarn t-shirts! Yep, dropping on Thursday, September 28, 2023 (at the stroke of midnight) we have limited edition shirts in the most perfect pink, screen printed in Retro Barbie pink. When you visit the shop during the crawl you can also collect one of these PINK buttons. We only made 750 of them (we had 678 visitors in 2022 so hopefully we adjusted for a bigger crowd)!
Local designer, Tiffany Wong, designed a PINK reversible beanie as our GBYC 2023 FREE pattern with yarn purchase. She worked it up in Wild Violet Fibers, who is popping up in the store during the crawl. We'll have a sampling of all the bases in a wide array of colors. Tiffany will be representing WVF on Saturday and Erica will be in the store on Sunday.
BUT WAIT... there's more! We asked Roadtrip Sock Yarn to create an exclusive colorway for us celebrating the MBTA. Yep, even with our closest T-stop closed (again) we'd rather live somewhere WITH public transportation than without it. You'll discover the first 6 colorways of our collaboration with RSY at the crawl and we hope it is a source of joy when you are contemplating jumping from the train to get to work on time.

All the colors are artisan hand-dyed Responsible Wool Standard certified superwash Merino wool. Kelbourne Woolens is starting with a palette of 23 colors including brights, earth tones, and Misha and Puff's signature confetti and space-dyed yarns. The yarn has arrived and we even have a selection of Misha and Puff's signature Popcorn Sweaters on display to showcase this beautiful yarn.
