Kids Are Alright Class Policies

Class Cancellation Policy

If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we will transfer your kid(s) to another available KAA session.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellations 48 hours or less before a class is scheduled. Sorry, we are not able to make exceptions. This ensures the teachers are compensated for their time, and other students waiting for spots in full classes are not missing class opportunities. No-shows forfeit any transfer to a future class.
Of course, if your kid(s) can’t make it to a class at the last minute you can always send someone else.  Just let us know whom to expect!

Revised Class Pack Expiration Policy

Kids Class Packs expire 12 months after they are purchased.
Please note that the start date is no longer the day of the first class, but you have six more months to take the six sessions.

Revised Signup Policy

Please reserve space in advance, using the participant’s name, via our class calendar page. If a child shows up without a reservation and the class is at capacity, They will not be able to attend and we will contact you to pick up your student.

You can purchase individual classes each time you register or pre-purchase a Kids Class Pack of 6 classes & save $50.

Our new Kids Class Packs will send the Kids Class Pack Card directly to your email. Please use the Kids Class Pack code each time you reserve a class space.

Kids Class Pack Code at Checkout

Due to how Shopify creates the online card codes we do not have access to that information and cannot process payment after the fact. If you do not use your class pack code at sign up the space will not be reserved for your student. Class space is limited.

Your Kids Class Pack code will be sent directly to the email address you used at check-out. You can access the code from your email. If you delete the email and do not have an online account we will have to cancel the card and re-issue the card for the remaining balance.

Kids are Alright Minimum Enrollment Policy:

There is no minimum enrollment required for a Kids are Alright class to run.

Due to the very limited enrollment in our classes and the special nature of our workshops, classes/workshops are non-refundable.

Please check your schedule carefully before you sign up and be completely aware of our class policies. Unlike our adult workshops, KAA classes do run with less than 50% enrollment.
