We Care Wednesday: Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights
In January 2017 we launched our We Care Wednesday initiative. By donating 5% of our sales each Wednesday, we were able to raise thousands of dollars for Greater Boston non-profits. This kind of targeted weekly giving is just another way we can focus our community-based business on doing good in all the ways we can.
Supporting non-profits that continue doing the essential work needed in our communities is important to gather here and we think it's important to the people that shop, take classes, and spend time here. This August our We Care Wednesday recipient is: The Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights. The BCRHHR's mission is "to provide holistic health care coordinated with social services and legal aid for asylum seekers, refugees, survivors of torture, and their families."

This July our We Care Wednesday recipient is: Media Girls. In their own words, "Media plays a major role, insisting girls' self-worth is based on their sex appeal. We're a nonprofit that teaches girls and young women to define their own worth, and strike back.

This April our We Care Wednesday recipient is: The Possible Project. The Possible Project uses entrepreneurship as a framework to close the skills and opportunities gap facing young people with untapped potential.

In January 2017 we launched our We Care Wednesday initiative. By donating 5% of our sales each Wednesday, we were able to raise $800 for Food for Free. This kind of targeted weekly giving is just another way we can focus our community-based business on doing good in all the ways we can.
Since January we have donated thousands of dollars to non-profits that need everyone's support so they can continue doing the essential work needed in our communities. This April our We Care Wednesday recipient is: Girls Rock Campaign Boston.
